RETURN POLICY

Ergatta orders are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Due to the size and weight of the Ergatta, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery fees. Returns will be charged an additional shipping fee of $350 for Rower orders and $99 for Upgrade Package orders. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. Ergatta will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. As apart of your return, you are responsible for any customs or duties charges. Ergatta is not responsible for paying or reimbursing any customs or duties charges associated with receiving or returning shipments.

Please keep all original packaging to pack the Ergatta rower for return. We strongly recommend you review these directions for packaging HERE. Returned orders must be received in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. If the Ergatta is returned with damaged or missing parts, Ergatta reserves the right to charge additional restocking fees or refuse a refund. Ergatta is not responsible for packages lost in transit without tracking, or for providing return packaging.

I’ve waited for years to get the Ergatta Lite rower and I kick myself for waiting! It’s an exceptional piece of equipment targeting multiple muscle groups each workout. I look forward to my morning rows and am loving the results.

Excellent investment, fun, motivating, pretty, engaging

I’ve had my Ergatta lite for about 6 weeks now. I rowed in high school so I started with some knowledge of the basics. This has been an AMAZING exercise for me. Convenient, easy to use, and super motivating. The push programs have been a great way for me to incrementally improve. The weekly rows and live races activate my competitive nature which drives me to work harder. I’ve always struggled to “just workout” but when there are competitions, games, and goals.. it’s so different. I would recommend this to ANYONE. Rowing is easy on the joints and a great strength and cardio workout. Come be my new rival!
